Anthony started his career playing professional rugby straight out of high school in Australia. While playing football, Anthony decided to use his down time to start his own business. In 1994, at age 21, he founded a mobile dog grooming business. The HydroDog ‘prototype’ consisted of a secondhand hydro-bath strapped on the back of a box trailer! He put an ad in the local newspaper, rented a mobile phone, and waited for it to start ringing!.

Within five years, HydroDog had grown to over 100 franchises across Australia.. It was the first franchise of its kind to be in every State and Territory of Australia..

After the 100th franchise milestone was reached, HydroDog implemented a Master Franchise model taking the franchise system to a whole new level. All states and territories in Australia were sold within an 18-month period.

Amos and his team revolutionized the dog-grooming industry by designing and creating a fiberglass mobile grooming salon in the shape of a Big Blue Dog. To this day, after 12 years, there is no other product like it in the market place. HydroDog grew to the largest franchise of its kind in the world at that time, receiving 6,000 new customer calls with a revenue of nearly $10 million annually. Anthony, at the age of 28, became one of Australia’s youngest millionaires.

In 2006 he decided it was time to sell HydroDog Australia and New Zealand. At the time, it sold for a record sum.

After the sale of HydroDog Australia and New Zealand, Anthony immersed himself in property development. He discovered his passion wasn’t in property. In 2010, he decided to move to the U.S. with his beautiful wife and three amazing children (5, 6, 7) to expand HydroDog into the American dog grooming market. After two years establishing the business model and getting the Big Blue Dog manufactured in America, Anthony sold his interest in HydroDog USA. And in 2015, he bought HydroDog USA back!

Anthony and his family soon devised a way to combine the strengths of HydroDog with the sense of social conscience shared by dog lovers throughout America, launching the Bathe To Save movement with a two-year tour that saw the five of them committing to a life on the road. The Bathe To Save Tour saw the Amos family raising much-needed money and consciousness in local communities for animal shelters and the dogs that they help.

The Bathe To Save tour also raised the interest of Animal Planet, resulting in the cable television series Furever Home that documents the family’s continued tours and dog-washing events in various American cities. As HydroDog grows in the USA, Bathe To Save is growing with it. Recurring benefit events are held several times each year by local and regional franchises and Area Representatives.

In addition to growing HydroDog and the Bathe To Save movement in America and building many partnerships in other businesses, Anthony spends his time advising and mentoring other entrepreneurs, teaching them how to take their businesses to the next level. His true passions are people and business. Together with a select group of industry-specific experts and his unique business training

programs, Anthony ensures the businesses he consults with are positioned in the best possible place in the market.

Anthony is also a keynote speaker and published author specializing in partnerships, franchising, entrepreneurship, networking, and incorporating a social conscience element into your business and your life.

As VP of Franchise Sales for HydroDog, Drew combines a mix of coordinated sales strategy and support for Area Representatives and HydroDog’s Groomers. Everyone who joins the HydroDog pack receives a clear understanding of how HydroDog’s systems work and how to successfully run a HydroDog mobile dog grooming business.

With nearly a decade of experience in the franchising world, Drew has been involved in nearly every aspect of a growing franchise. From developing systems and processes to writing manuals, creating support strategies, building vendor relationships, and planning events, he has done it all.

Working alongside the founders, Drew helped to build an international franchise from one location in Upstate South Carolina to over 500 locations worldwide. He has worked hand-in-hand with franchise owners to grow and develop their businesses in a way that not only promotes the brand but contributes to the individual franchise location success.

Having also owned a franchise, he is able to bring real life experience from both sides of the business.

Martin Kupper

As both Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Area Representative for Arizona, Martin benefits HydroDog by applying his expertise as a certified business coach and consultant. Martin is committed to assisting individuals and organizations with developing and implementing successful growth initiatives that produce powerful results and significant return on investment both personally and professionally.

A sample of his client engagements include The Kansas Department of Commerce, AgeNation, AsteriaVentures, Blossom Ventures, Cirkel Technology, iPEC Coaching, Powerteam International, Capistrano Global Advisory Services, Zero Gravity Clinics, Solo Tapas, Franchise Growth Systems, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Avail Partners, Dermacare Laser & Skin Care Clinics, Extreme Pita Restaurants and a host of entrepreneurial projects, nonprofit consulting and special events.

Prior to founding his own company, Martin was a Director of Sales with Leadership Network Corporation, a producer of executive leadership conferences that convened “C-Level” executives from Fortune 1,000 companies together for three days of training, development and comprehensive relationship building.

In addition, Martin was Executive Director of Leadership Children’s Foundation, a charitable nonprofit chartered by Leadership Network Corporation that provided funding for The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Make-A-Wish, ChildHelp USA, The National Center for Mission & Exploited Children, and a host of organizations dedicated to alleviating the pain and suffering emanating from child abuse, exploitation, and disease.

Martin began his business career in commercial real estate development, brokerage, and finance that resulted in over over $100 million in transactions in Kansas City, Dallas, and Los Angeles while receiving numerous awards and recognition.
